Terms and Conditions
Pricing is valid for all property locations within a 30 mile radius of Ellicott City, MD. Additional mileage surchage of $.75 per mile over 30 miles will apply for properties outside our normal service area.

1. Any and all incidental charges (i.e., parking costs, tolls, etc.) will be billed to agent.
2. Realtor or on-site representative is responsible for any staging of property that may be necessary. Property will be photographed "as is" upon arrival.
3. Photos will reflect the property's best marketable qualities, but may not necessarily include every space.
4. Agent and property owner understand that Charm City Virtual Tours has full discretion of selected photos.  Charm City Virtual Tours reserves the right to include or exclude scenes based on the condition of the property and the selected photography package.
5. If the agent or his/her staff submit photos prior to the virtual tour being shot, Charm City Virtual Tours will not be held liable if the tour does not appear or is not the default tour.
6. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Charm City Virtual Tours with no additional charge. If no notification is provided and photographer arrives at scheduled appointment and is prevented from completing the job due to Realtor/Representative not being present or the property is not ready for the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
7. Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather prevents the shoot, Charm City Virtual Tours will reschedule the shoot with no cancellation fees.
8. All tours are non-transferable to other brokers.
9. All photography services must be paid prior to the property being shot. If payment other than credit card has been agreed upon, the terms will be payment in full within 10 days of tour delivery or the tour will be deactivated.  There will be an additional charge of $10 to reactivate a tour.  This payment is due prior to reactivation.
10. Tour text edits will be completed upon request at no additional charge. Tour modifications requiring additional photography will be subject to a minimum fee of $25.
11. Information contained within a tour is deemed accurate but not reliable or guaranteed.
12. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
